Sharjah Archeology Museum now ‘autism friendly’

Sharjah Archeology Museum now 'autism friendly'

Sharjah Archeology Museum has introduced what it calls “autism-friendly” activities for seven to 12-year-olds.

It will host tours and educational sessions created especially for children with autism.

It’s part of a programme launched by the Sharjah Museums Authority (SMA), which wants its facilities fully accessible to every member of society.

The plan is to roll it out across all museums in the emirate.
