UK MPs debate Brexit’s economic effects
UK lawmakers are debating Brexit’s economic effects, as time runs out ahead of a vote on Prime Minister Theresa May’s deal with Brussels on Tuesday.
As the Commons debate continues, the UK government is working behind the scenes on solutions to try and win support from sceptical MPs.

She says her deal delivers on the result of the Brexit referendum and is committed to getting it through the Commons.
Chancellor Philip Hammond is warning it’s impossible to predict what will happen if it’s voted down.
